This is an example of the ten of spades.  The card is embellished with custom pips at each corner.  For the top 5 pips at the top, they display as normal pips.  However, the bottom 5 pips are deteriorated and broken up.  The design follows the same theme as the characters when they are exposed to Lodscovium radiation.  This design is used on each number of every suit to maintain consistency.
